Transverse heating mat – for seat mid-sections anchored crosswise

The seat surface mid-section is anchored crosswise to the direction of travel (course of the seam). The fastening of the seat cover occurs in this section. Because you are able to cut the heating mat out crosswise, it is possible to refasten the seat cover through the heating mat at the original fastening points.

The heating mat can be shortened in length. It is also possible to cut out an entire square crosswise between the two contact conductors. In either case, the function remains intact.

The contact conductors (yellow marking) must not be severed in the process. Note: A temperature sensor is only installed on the Vario products.

Heating mat lengthwise – for seat mid-sections anchored lengthwise

The seat surface mid-section is anchored lengthwise to the direction of travel (see arrow). The fastening of the seat cover occurs in this section. Thanks to the two-part longitudinal anchoring, it is possible to refasten the seat cover through the heating mat at the original fastening points.

The heating mat can be shortened in length. It is also possible to cut the heating mat out crosswise. Here, position of the cutouts on the heating mat is freely selectable.

The contact conductors (yellow marking) must not be severed in the process. Note: A temperature sensor is only installed on the Vario products.
